It was very nice. Very clean. It looked just like the pictures. They provided some essentials like paper towels, garbage bags, dishwasher pods, laundry pod, etc.. We had a very nice time! The pool was amazing. Everything was easily accessible as well. Highly Recommened!

Great stay!

Our rental was clean and was exactly what we expected from listing. We enjoyed the amenities such as the pool and hot tub. Loved the short walk into Rosemary and to the beach. We walked every where and only used our vehicle to go get groceries. Only negative thing was the elevator to the rooftop was down so we hiked up the stairs with our pizza and games for family game night and wished we had the ease of an elevator being it was 5 flights. Other than that, everything was just what we needed.

I will be honest, we were not impressed with the unit or complex. The apartment was very worn and in need of repairs and the building is in very bad shape. The pictures on the website do not represent the actual face of the building, as there are wood and steel reinforcements holding the buildings up. It looked like a construction site vs a luxury vacation site. In addition, the apartment was very worn, the shades broke in the bedroom, there was mold in the master shower, the door was coming off the kitchen cabinet, the couch was worn, a beach chair was broken and we didn't know until after we got to the beach. Stay was very average but price was not. I expected better for what we paid.
