Great location in Miraflores. The staff is attentive and welcoming and the rooms are clean and good value for money.

Street noise goes straight through the windows and the curtains didn't fully close, letting in light from the street lamps.

Location, affordable, comfy beds, breakfast options

Loud aircon, mould in bathrooms, window didn’t shut properly.

Position and quiteness

Good location. Reception and security staff friendly and helpful. Room and bathroom was a good size

Quiet hours not enforced - there was an incredibly loud party in the room above me until almost 7am on my first night & you can hear everything noise-wise from surrounding rooms. Not able to use terrace as there was water dripping from AC unit above, and guests in floor above were using smoking out of windows & using my terrace as an ashtray! Floors need proper clean - within 15 mins of getting out of shower, feet were covered in dirt/dust from floor.
