We had 25 people (19 adults and 6 children aged 6mos-3 years) for three day Memorial Day trip. The house is perfect for a large group. Two large living spaces on separate floors. House has everything you need (except a pizza cutter). Large number of pots/pans/dishes. On arrival house was clean. Lucie our host was very helpful.

Five stars!We have been coming to Holden Beach for 40 years. This is the best house we have stayed in! Family friendly with lots of young family supports, kitchen was well stocked with anything you could need, spacious and absolutely beautiful home! Large pool and many outdoor decks with beautiful views. We will be back!

We recently stayed at the property and the location of the house was perfect. The house had everything you could think of needing in the kitchen and then some. We have rented numerous houses in the past and this house by far had great inventory of pots/pans/utensils/dinneware/plasticware, you name it, they had it. So, if you forgot anything kitchen wise, they have you covered. The house is wonderfully stocked with beach toys/gear as well as toys for kids to play with inside. The set up was great and the pool deck was very spacious and the pool was wonderful. All the bedrooms were spacious and the 30 people we had in the house, never seemed crowded at all. We would definitely recommend and Lucie was very responsive to all my questions. Thank you for a wonderful family vacation from my entire family! It was great!

House was exactly as advertised. The kitchen was very well stocked and handled our crowd all "standing in the kitchen" while others cooked. The decks were perfect. The pool was great for swimming and lounging. The elevator was perfect for our 90 year old dad. The photos were worth a 1000 words. They were realistic and give a good idea of what you will have after arriving. I was a bit skeptical since other times they make a room look huge, but in reality it was cozy.We really enjoyed the many different sitting areas as we tried to keep distance during Covid times.Would definitely rebook.
