We rented this house for a wedding close by. It was perfect and the Hosts were great. Wendy even allowed us to have a late check out. We had a fun time and would recommend this place if visiting Hamilton NY. The scenery was beautiful.

All great Thank you so much!

This house was perfect for our family. We were traveling for a celebration of life and had family from several states coming to the area. It was so close to town (2 miles) yet located on a quiet street surrounded by farmland. This house had so many things we loved. It had fully stocked bathrooms so you didn’t have to worry about forgetting anything. The fridge had condiments and the cupboards had everything from coffee and tea to seasonings. I wish we had more time to spend together at the house while we were there. There was a nursery for our niece's baby. The beds were comfy. There are plenty of rooms to choose from. A great place for a large family. It had a nice outdoor area and there were even some fishing poles available if we had the time. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. We gave it a 10 out of 10. Highly recommend this home.

Great farmhouse close to Colgate. Fully stocked kitchen, grill available. Good instructions, comfortable beds. Would def stay again!
