It is a third floor walk-up with Majestic views of the Thousand Islands which can bee seen from your private balcony. The apartment is fully equipped with all the comforts of home. You are walking distance from several shops, galleries and restaurants and only 1 mile from a Grocery store and gas stations.

Perfect location in town, we stayed two days and enjoyed watching ships from the balcony. Everything is as described, make sure to read and ask questions. Host answers questions quickly. Read about parking - we love this quiet historic town.

This 3rd flr apartment had so much character due to the age of the building. Old cabinets and doors made it so charming, with a unique step-up seperate entrance to the private balcony, which offered amazing views of the St. Lawrence! It was spacious yet cozy, very clean, and had everything needed for a comfortable stay! Thomas was great to communicate with and provided all necesseties and information needed. We visit Clayton often and this was our favorite place! We can't wait to go back. Highly recommend!

While the inside was very clean. The only 2 windows to see the water were so filthy you could hardly see the water. I actually cleaned one of the windows. There was an extremely strong chemical smell for the first two days tĥat was so strong I thought we were going to have to leave early..
