Everything was amazing

The house was beautiful and ready to stay in (meaning kitchen was equipped with the necessities- including some spices, plenty of bath towels were provided, extra blankets were available, etc.). The only downfall we experienced was in the bunk room. My 3 y/o little girl got bit by some type of bug every single night.. these bites don’t look like mosquitos, so I’m not sure what it is that bit her. The outside is very nice, the beach amenities they had available was a very nice touch— less for me to pack for our family or 5! The beach access was a little misleading though. The public beach access leads you to PRIVATE BEACHES. Which was very frustrating when you’re toting all your beach stuff then have to walk 1/4-1/2 mile to public beaches.. with 3 kids . We learned the lake access, at 11b, is were to go in at. BUT keep in mind you have to wade through the lake with all of your stuff but it leads right out to public access. We also used the Deer Lake State Park for beach access, it costs 3 but was a great place to beach at. Overall, the home, the owner, and all amenities included were perfect! We’d definitely recommend this house to our friends and family.

Our stay was wonderful and perfectly accommodated our group of six adults and two grandsons (ages 6 months and 3 years) . The house was exceptionally well-equipped, particularly the kitchen, which made meal prep easy for everyone. Renting the white golf cart proved to be a great decision, as it made trips to and from the beach effortless. Although we initially had concerns about wading through the shallow water to reach our beach spot, it turned out to be a convenient and fun experience—much easier than trudging through deep sand! Our three-year-old grandson especially loved playing in the inlet area, which was a blessing during the red flag beach days. If our travels take us back to 30A, we would definitely stay at 30A by Kaja.

Beautiful house; lovely owner; very responsive manager; great location. We'll be back!
