We booked his property for a family weekend trip and it turned out to be a terrible experience for everyone. When we arrived we notice the fridge warm once putting our groceries ,we asked about it and the management company came to check the fridge and they determine that the fridge disconnected for several days and it was just turn on a few hours before we checked in-which means that we had to wait almost 24 hours for the fridge to actual cool our food and drink s- some of our food got spoil the next day. Second, the internet wi -fi signal did not work upstairs , I have 2 teenage daughters and it was a very inconvenient situation with them and having no signal upstairs- again the management company came again and they did not had a solution, they said that this issue has been reported to the owner already - the next day they came again to install a signal extender but it didn't work either. The AC unit upstairs did not cool and they management company couldn't fix it- we have to spend both nights with extreme heat. Finally ,the top in the cherry was that this property has no water service ,only reserve tanks, the electrical service went out and we couldn't take a shower before check out. The advertising is false and not accurate - the owner knew all this events to only offer me a fraction of what we paid. They should be honest about the wifi is poor upstairs , the water situation and disconnecting the fridge it compromise the host food and drinks is horrible !

This property has a well stocked kitchen. We had 9 people there and cooked most of our food in the kitchen Clean swimming pool with monkeys in the trees overhead. Nice air conditioner, which we really appreciated. A 10 minute walk down to the beach, walking past a surf rental shop.
