When we arrived at the condo it had a strong unpleasant odor. I called the office and was told someone would get back to me soon. I didn’t hear back until the next day. Was told the condo hadn’t been rented for a couple weeks. Probably smelled because it had been closed up. On a good note the beach was very close and clean

The proximity to the beach is fantastic, especially early morning sunrise and sunsets. Maintenance was called and arrived within 15 minutes (fix the air conditioner). Being close to the Garden City Pier was an added benefit. We will be back in 2026.

Cleaning staff was terrible. Sand all over the floors. Bedroom closet, beach umbrella broken, with lots of sand in one of the bedrooms. Location
