The cottage was well appointed and comfortable. Very dog friendly which was much appreciated. Our golden enjoyed his morning beach runs. Being there for the 4th of July and the 250 years celebration of America, it was heartwarming to be surrounded by subtle reminders of our need to "Never Forget"! The recommended Linen Service was very reasonable and available upon arrival. The hot tub was clean and very enjoyable! A bit of a trek to the beach, but the beach wagon that was provided was very useful and much appreciated. Beautiful uncrowded beach! Very quiet and peaceful neighborhood and convenient to several wonderful eateries! . Brooke was very helpful and easy to communicate with. You could tell she really wanted you to enjoy yourself and have a great time...which we did!!!

We had a wonderful time at this beach house. Brooke, the owner is very responsive and helpful. The location is close to many great restaurants. Definitely recommend checking out Watermens for dinner or lunch. Great house for a large family. Very pet friendly with a great setup.The main upstairs is so spacious. Close to all activities, restaurants and things to do. We were able to make a day trip over to Ocracoke Islands and that was a blast. Nag's head isn't too far away for Putt-Putt and ice cream if you want a little variety. Definitely a little gem.

Nicely maintained home. The beach is just a short walk across the dunes. I loved that the house had gates on all levels of the decks and living spaces to help keep the dogs with us. Highly recommend if you are looking for a relaxing getaway!

Beautiful living area with open space and good lighting. Full kitchen Easy walk to beach. Downsides: lack of working screens for windows, sliding doors need replacing, ditto for hot tub cover. Needs exterminator (cockroach problem last day)
