"La Maison d'Azur" is a 16th-century luxury apartment in the heart of the city, located just 3 minutes from the Spanish Steps, offering breathtaking views of Rome’s historic rooftops, the Spanish Steps, and the Basilica of San Carlo!


Located in the heart of the “Eternal City,” just 200 meters from the Spanish Steps, “La Maison d’Azur” is a 16th-century townhouse that places you right in the heart of the city’s most elegant neighborhood and immerses you in the history and beauty of Rome. Guests can visit Rome’s most important monuments on foot and explore the many tourist attractions, restaurants, bars, and shops in the area.

The style that characterizes the vacation apartment is a blend of “Vintage” and “Provençal,” featuring predominantly pastel colors—especially blue—and traditional 1600s-era beams. Wooden ceilings and pastel colors give the apartment a cozy atmosphere, complemented by new furniture to ensure a comfortable stay.

The apartment is perfect for 4 adults but can accommodate up to 5. It is located on the top floor (4th floor with NO ELEVATOR) and consists of two sleeping areas: an open area with a double bed and a single sofa bed, and a private room with another double bed. It also features a dining room, a kitchen, a bathroom, and a charming balcony with a breathtaking view of the Eternal City, where you can see ancient rooftops, the Spanish Steps, the Basilica of Saints Ambrose and Charles on the Corso, Villa Borghese, and more.

UPON YOUR ARRIVAL, you are required to pay:
- City tax of 3.5 euros per person per night is mandatory
- Children up to 10 years old are exempt from city tax!
- Standard hotel fee including fresh bed linens, a set of towels, and toiletries: 50€

Late check-in is guaranteed only by scheduling an appointment in advance:

- (from 8:00 p.m.) an extra fee of 30 euro will be charged.
- (from midnight) an additional fee of 50 euros will be charged.

For late arrivals after 1:00 a.m., access to the home cannot be guaranteed.

If a set of keys is missing at check-out, you will be charged 100€.

OTHER HOUSE RULES:
- No smoking
- No pets
- Respect the entire apartment and treat it with care
- Follow recycling guidelines
- Respect the neighbors (No noise after 10:00 p.m.)
- Pots and dishes must be washed immediately after use to prevent the spread of bacteria and bad odors in the apartment.
- Lights and air conditioners must be turned off when you are not at home

ROME LOCAL LAW - ID REQUIREMENTS
Under Italian law, any guest staying in any type of accommodation must present a form of identification upon arrival so that the host can register them with the local police headquarters within 1 day of your arrival in Rome.

To make our guests feel extra special, we also offer the following services:
- FREE welcome snacks such as pastries, cookies, and coffee
- €60 Hotel amenities (bedding, towel sets, toiletries, etc.)—mandatory fee
- Early check-in starting at 10:30 AM (luggage drop-off only; please send us a message first to check availability)
- Return transfer from the airport/train station/port/etc.
- Luggage storage upon check-out
- Skip-the-line tickets, tours, and authentic Roman experiences such as cooking classes, wine & aperitivo tours, etc.
- Bike, Vespa, etc. rentals
- Restaurant and bar recommendations (non-touristy)
- Linen change / mid-stay cleaning
- Baby crib & high chair
