House and location were great! 5 minutes from the family we were visiting. Hope to make the trip a regular spot for our future fall trips there!

Ideal location with a private dock, we brought our boat and we were able to enjoy daily excursions to restaurants on the water and of course Chitterchats ice cream parlor Beautifully decorated home, loved the screened in porch with ceiling fans. Large deck overlooking the water was especially enjoyable. Had lots of fun with kayaks onsite. Loved it and we will be back!

We enjoyed our weekend stay at Sunrise Point. It was the perfect house for our family of 5. We can to Reedville for the Annual Oyster Festival and the house was located centrally toget to town easily. The home was in great shape and had beautiful views out the water. We will definitely items look to book here again for next years trip!

We enjoyed our stay overall, but some of the areas of the house could have been a little cleaner. We enjoyed the screened-in room, but it needs some new screens. Some were ripped and allowed wasps in. Our first day I spent a couple of hours cleaning out all four of the kayaks. I was not happy about that. They had leaves, dirt, and spiders all over the inside of them. We did enjoy the collection of board games, playing corn hole, and the hammock.
