fabio rooms 102

Property was in good location

Communal kettle would be nice to have a kettle in each room

Based in a great location. Host was really communicative and able to drop our bags earlier than the check in time. Room was spot on!

All was great!

I liked how it was in a good location in Rome, nothing was really too too far away

The bathroom COULD be bigger but it’s not a problem

We liked that Fabio Rooms 102 was located very convenient to the metro (subway), to many food places, and to major attractions.

We expected it to be a hotel, but it was certainly not. The room was located in what seemed to be a residential apartment building, with no label or sign. The air conditioner was broken (thankfully, the host fixed it the next evening), the room was dark and the bathroom was missing light bulbs. The shower shelf was broken/missing, and the shelf above the toilet was broken (we put everything on the bathroom floor—no other choice). We had a WhatsApp number to text for assistance. Only one thin pillow per bed with light sheets. No maid service, so no fresh towels or cleaning.
