Great spot right next to Powderhorn Ski Resort and the beautiful Grand Mesa. Even though the ski season was disappointing, this house was not! A cozy and quiet spot to relax, birdwatch from the decks, and play games and ping pong. Our family of 4 had plenty of room and fun here.

Such a great spot & so many great things to say about this place. We stayed here while skiing at Powderhorn for a few days. • It’s close enough that on a couple days, we came back for lunch. • There were eight of us and there was plenty of room to either get away from each other for some down time or to hang out altogether in one spot. • With so many people, sometimes bathroom availability becomes an issue — not here!• We had some gorgeous weather, and the back decks were the perfect way to unwind and feel like you’re still out in nature. • The hosts were great!

The space was perfect for our two families to enjoy while our kids were there to ski race for the Rocky Mountain U12 champs. The Wii was a nice addition as the kids kept themselves busy playing games in the evening while the parents enjoyed a glass of wine in the open kitchen and living area. Bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. Great stay overall!

This place was great, they had all the things we needed for a perfect stay. The hosts were very flexible and responsive! I highly recommend this place.
