This place is such a gem. We had a family vacation here in late June and it was the perfect setting. Having access to both a pool and the lakefront beach was a treat and the main living space is perfect for family dinners and games.

SIMPLY A BEAUTIFUL PROPERTY! OUT STANDING SETTING. HAS IT ALL!My family of 8 stayed there, 1 grandchild age nine. We also rented the cottage/cabin.Buffalo Airport located approximately 30-45 minutes away. Very close to the border crossing. Short drive to Niagra Falls and Niagra-On-The-Lake. Windows abundant with Lake views. Large bedrooms and baths. Cottage has a King bed, shower, toilet, kitchenette and a second bedroom with twin beds. Added bonus is the game room! Kitchen well equipped, 2 washer and dryers to keep up with those wet beach towels, Two refrigerators main house and also in Cottage.Hot tub and heated pool with lake views and outdoor seating great. Plenty of space in the house for “me time and we time.” Great place for beach walks. Host was excellent, great communicator and resource.

We rented the house this past week and it is a beautiful home with many amenities for the entire family. The game room, pool, beach and hot tub were big hits all week. There was also prompt and clear communication with the owner which was very helpful.

Very private, home was beautiful and very comfortable inside. Very clean and spacious. View is incredible. Guest house was wonderful as well. However...Pool is very old and needs a lot of work. Concrete around pool is very unstable and needs to be updated. The smell of septic was almost toxic and kept us from enjoying the outside. The beach front needs to be cleaned as it is full of seaweed and dead fish. Hard to access the water, but once we did, we enjoyed it. Neighbors arent friendly to the renters so dont wander off your property!!
