There were 2 pillows for each guest, but pillow shams were on half of these with no pillowcases inside. The shams and comforters seemed dusty as were the rooms. I am not convinced that these are being washed (at least well) between guests. This greatly flared up my wife’s dust mite allergy. The bedrooms were also much smaller than I expected. The day after my request, (because initially housekeeping told management they could not fulfill my request because it was the weekend) I did receive 3 additional pillow cases and an extra bedsheet which was very helpful. The couch was not in great condition. Also more than one ice tray would be helpful. Since it was stated that the condo was recently remodeled, I did have expectations that it would be in better condition.
