Mamlouk Pyramids Hotel

The location is perfect for visiting the pyramids, sphinx, and the Grand Egyptian Museum (allow 4-5 hours for this). This hotel has a great breakfast buffet along with a very good menu for lunch and dinner. There are other hotels around which probably have a restaurant but the convenience of one on the property cannot be over rated. Giza is busy and loud - fascinating slice of culture but this hotel squeezed in right in the middle has wonderful sunrise and sunset views off of its dining rooftop area. We were in room 506 - larger room with street and pyramid view. Use Uber - very inexpensive.

The bathroom is very small. Some of the furnishings could be updated.

Location right in front of the pyramids, great view to one of the pyramids from the bed, and the photos match the room and the experience overall.

Breakfast was between low quality to average, nothing that really stand out as appealing to eat, honestly. Another issue, since our room, the most expensive by the way, was located on the 5th floor and there is a restaurant on the 6th floor, every single time someone there bump on the floor, drop something or move a chair or table, you going to hear it very loudly, thus, you cannot rest properly throughout the day and night.

The view and visibility of the pyramids from the room balcony are very clear, stunning, and beautiful.

the cleanliness is poor, and the food is very bad—I do not recommend eating there at all. The swimming pool was closed.
