This rental property was an amazing place to rent for a summer vacation. Loved all the amenities described plus an inside closed in pool just off a lovely canal and all situated about a mile from Siesta Key village and beaches. One night we fished off the canal in front of our pool and caught five fish. Garage holds lots of beach extras to use during the stay. Also, there is a Graco pack n play and high chair available for use. Outside grill worked great. Host was great and so was communication during our stay. The home was immaculate with a great kitchen area. Recommend to all and plan to return again!

Overall the place was okay.We tried requesting an early check in or a place to leave our bags to no avail.In actuality the place was ready slightly after 4PM.The furniture inside the place needs updating. When sitting on the couch, you need to place pillows not to sink in and drown.Everything shows age, but that is it, looks like a place someone used to live, and that stopped in time.A steep cleaning charge is applied, but the cleaners forget the chandelier in the bathroom.We also did have problems with our AC. It did not work as it should, and the owners need to repair it.It is also worth mention that this is not a walk to the beach, it is a long walk to the beach.

We had a great time here! This is a wonderful spot to take a family. Not too far from everything to do in Sarasota/Siesta Key! My stepson had a blast fishing in the canal! All my kiddos had fun swimming in the pool whenever they wanted. There were a couple things that needed addressed but the host was very responsive the entire time. We were in town for our destination wedding and the host was wonderful enough to let us have our family over to enjoy some time together without the hustle and bustle of the wedding event itself. I would go back in a heartbeat!

Please beware that the condition of this property is not accurately reflected in the photos. There is a cockroach infestation that has clearly been ongoing. The kitchen cabinets are dry rotting and there are strange electrical issues throughout the house. The screen in the pool lanai is missing sections. Hopefully the owner fixes these issues, but it is unlikely since the home is for sale. Proceed with caution.
