This property is in a good neat and clean the owners is very friendly all the shops u need is not far the beach is a walking distance.it is in a nice quiet area

What an absolutely wonderful place to stay! From the moment we arrived, we felt completely at home. The property was spotlessly clean, the kitchen beautifully well-stocked with everything you could need, and the beds comfortable for a perfect night's sleep.The location couldn't be better — just a leisurely 6-minute walk to the most beautiful beach and a fantastic coffee shop, with town and shops all close by.But what truly made this stay so special were the hosts. Warm, caring, and so easy to communicate with — they went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and looked after.We will absolutely be coming back. Highly, highly recommended!

Really welcoming host of a beautiful and well appointed house near the Beach. It has everything you need for a relaxing and fun stay!

Helen and Bryan were very welcoming and their property is immaculately presented. Everything was clean and in really good condition, with some great little touches such as beach gear (and a wagon to transport it!), plus a bar of “check-in chocolate”. This is truly a great spot for a family stay close to the lovely Mount Maunganui beach.
