Just a short walk from the fascinating ruins of the Roman Villa of Tigellio. It consists of a spacious living room with an open kitchen (gas stove, electric oven, refrigerator, and dishwasher), a bedroom with a double bed and newly purchased Dorelan mattresses, large closets, a room with a small sofa bed and a closet, heat pumps and air conditioning in the various rooms. It’s a 5-minute walk from Piazza Yenne, close to the shopping streets and most of Cagliari’s historic and modern restaurants! Poetto Beach is a 10-minute drive or a 20-minute bus ride away. There’s a 32-inch LCD TV in the living room, along with a PS3 with various games and a DVD player.
