We were very comfortable at Casa Giusti Firenze and enjoyed the spacious and well-equipped apartment – an excellent base for exploring Florence. As the photos make clear, the accommodation does not have many windows, but the space itself is lovely. One point I'd like to make is that the owner obviously cares about the guest's opinions. Previous reviews mention issues but these have since been addressed, so for example there is now an iron and tea towel. The Galleria dell’Accademia di Firenze is just 10 minutes walk away. Is it worth the queue for David? Absolutely, he is beautiful in the flesh :) Tip for travellers: come by train (or tram) and try not to bring wheeled suitcases, the bumpy streets really don't like them.

Nothing to do with the accommodation, but heading back from the busy city centre in the evening felt a little uncomfortable since the streets become very quiet for the last five minutes of the walk. The nearest grocery shops are about 10 minutes away.
