The experience with the mgmt team was very good. The house was beautiful and fit our very large family well. It was very close to Disney and a little further from Universal but easy to get to the parks. I texted them several times through the stay on things that were broken. Overall we had a great stay and enjoyed both the house and the mgmt team. I let them know about several things that need fixing in the house. We would definitely stay here again.

The house was great

The game room has a small separate AC that never cooled down the game room enough to enjoy on the rainy days so we had to prop open the door to let some of the cool AC into the garage/game room area. Maybe if the garage door would be insulated it could have been better. The house has no travel size toiletries and only comes with 1 roll of paper towels and each restroom had 1 roll of toilet paper, no spices such as minimum salt & pepper, no sugar. You will need to bring your own kitchen cleaning supplies and bathroom toiletries. It was rather difficult cooking for a family of 8 to cook as there is only 1 pan and everything sticks to it when cooking. We paid extra for the pool and jacuzzi to be heated and it was great. There is plenty of space throughout the house. The host was very responsive when I did reach out about things.

This property could have definitely been cleaner. The fridge had a smell, the trash can was broke, the carpets and rugs looked dirty, some of the games in the game room didn’t work, and just overall the house could have been cleaner. Disappointing for the price.
