The renovation we’ve carried out on the property passed down to us by our “veci”* allows us to proudly offer our guests a unique experience: experiencing Venice like a Venetian. The apartment spans two floors, connected by a wooden staircase built by our grandfather, a carpenter, which we were proud to preserve and restore. Ideal for a couple who will spend a few days experiencing the life of the real Venice—the one we laboriously “defend” against the ravages of time. Its strategic location—a 2-minute walk from the Biennale pavilions, 10 minutes from St. Mark’s and the beaches of the Lido—yet off the noisy and chaotic beaten path of mass tourism, makes it particularly appealing to those who wish to experience our city deeply and authentically.
