This house was clean and the furnishings were nice. It was a great place within walking distance to beach and downtown Cayucos.

We booked this house for family and friends who were attending our son's wedding. The property was close to the venue and easily accessible. There were plenty of rooms and beds to accommodate our group. We had access to the garage which was fabulous because our florist was able to do her work inside of it. The house was clean and tidy and had everything our guests needed. Thank you so much for allowing us to rent this property as we celebrated such a joyous occasion.

The house was good the location was good but there were a couple things that just weren't right.
Only one bed was without sags and cave ins. Alot of money for not being able to get a good nights sleep.
no extra garbage bags, one bag isn't good for an entire week.
the back yard was in desperate need of weed control and the sprinklers shot up and got the furniture all wet.
