Great condo. The outside deck (estimated to be 12’ x 40‘) is unbelievable to enjoy the ocean.Updated / everything is in great shape / decorated extremely well / very cleanWe’re definitely stay here again when returning to Panama City BeachWe were a group of 10 and with the four bedrooms (each having their own bath) had plenty of space. Parking worked out great. And every morning they were cleaning the pool and hot tub for everyone to enjoyEven had an ice vending machine in the parking garage if you needed iceExceeded all our expectations

The condo was perfect for our family of 12 stay. communication with the host was quick and simple. Easy beach access. Will definitely be back. The only thing that was not as expected was additional parking, if you come with a large group and have 2 or more cars. You have to park across the street ( first come first get and then if no space you have to pay 12/day per car). It’s get pricier if you come to stay for 10 days.
