The Havana Residence

Great location and very easy to deal with

Nothing

Hello, so on this I can say cleaning was perfect, it was not noisy so we slept on open window and situated very good. If you use it for sleeping is wonderful. There bars very close with many young people. Owner is correct and no problems with reservation and stay. I cannot say it was a bad stay but not perfect.

So here are some: - air conditioner was smelling on cigarettes when working so as a non smoker was awful; - TVs were not working at all - not able to put any program or setting it up; - in one room bathroom was in the room and smells of canals, in the other room there was no bathroom door so water was everywhere. Shower was leaking also; - one of the rooms entrance door was almost broken in the handle; - in both rooms sink faucet was broken form the base.

Everything was amazing, the staff, the location and rooms.
