The Loft, on the second level, offers a spacious setting in the heart of Philipsburg. Within walking distance to all Philipsburg businesses, and endless nearby activities. Philipsburg offers diverse activities like gem mining, beer tasting, candy store, mountain biking, fishing, hiking, ATV/SXS trails, history, ghost towns, and more!
The Space:
The Loft features the entire second level with over 1,500 square feet. Spread out in the large living room with a 65" LED TV, Pool Table / Ping Pong Table Combo, and plenty of seating to kick back and relax. If you are looking for even more space, head out to the full size deck out back and enjoy the mountain views! There are three bedrooms, one with two queen beds, a single queen bed, and the loft area with three single beds. The large kitchen is complete with large dining table, and all your standard appliances and cookware / dinnerware. Fast WiFi is included, along with all linens and towels. There is a washer and dryer available for use as well within the condo as well.
Guest Access:
*This property has street side access via stairs ONLY. The historic building only has access to the second level Loft via a flight of stairs. Please be prepared to use the stairs anytime you enter or leave the Loft. (see photo for reference)

Such a cool space! We had a group of 8 friends and there was more than enough room to hang out and have great quality time. Pool table was an awesome touch, and the history of the building was awesome.
