It’s very comfortable and an excellent option for a affordable hotel near Fort Lauderdale airport
The lobby staff was arguing with other guests when we first arrived, me and my family were a bit uncomfortable for this

The manager, Amber was amazing! Very thoughtful and pleasant. She treated us like we were staying at the Ritz Carlton. She was so kind to my elderly mother. Set us up to have a room close to elevator so she didn’t have to walk far. She always greeted us pleasantly and asked how our night was. Amber is a tremendous asset to the hotel and management she recognize how positively she represent the avid brand. We will stay here if we visit Lauderdale again! The rooms were clean and beds very comfy. The full breakfast included started our day perfectly. Lots of cruise ship guests seem to stay here.

I was an exceptional property, the staff were excellent, helpful and welcoming. I was very pleased with my stay here.
There was a little bit of shifting/lifting of the flooring of the room we were in, but other than this very small cosmetic issue (which I am sure the property is aware of), everything else was great. Wish the pool would have stayed open longer for guests, given the Florida weather.
