Great location, right on the beach. Shared kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cooking ware. The check in was easy and the host was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was also good.

We were lucky to be there as the only guests, so we had the shared kitchen all to ourselves. This was a plus for us, but other people who like to meet and socialize with other guests might feel lonely.

Ottima posizione direttamente sul mare. Posto molto rilassante, si può godere di una bellissima vista sul mare con acque cristalline e colori da cartolina al tramonto. L'host una persona gentile e accogliente, disponibile a soddisfare ogni nostra esigenza, anche la nostra richiesta di anticipare il check in. La colazione ottima e abbondante con cornetti buonissimi.

Easy parking just across the street. The owner, Basilio was waiting for us with a nice welcome. Take the time to converse with Basilio with some English and then google translate, and you’ll find a very friendly and helpful man. The home was very clean. The ocean was right in front but home was protected from the ocean wind. There were no stairs in the home. A good breakfast - including fruit, yoghurts, cereal and of course croissants. I messaged Basilio after we had left his home to ask for help to book a ferry crossing with car from Messina to Villa San Giovanni, and he had all English info to me in minutes. Highly recommended.
