Great location, nice amenities and overall just great Host and rental. All was accurately described and illustrated in the images as pictured when offered for rental. Currently there is some light outer construction/remodel going on that does bring some unwanted noise in the morning (not ideal during a vacation) but not a deal breaker either. All areas and amenities are available and open such as the pool, etc. I suppose the current patch work only takes away cosmetically from a perfect picture if any. If the price is right and available I would definitely recommend this rental and Host any day! 2 thumbs up!

Clean. Lots of beach supplies (toys, umbrella, chairs, towels). Beach is easy to access. Host was very responsive. Kitchen has everything you need. Nice shower. Good value

This was a great vacation rental for my friends and I for spring break. We felt safe the whole time and had so much fun!!

The property needs a good deep cleaning and better maintenance. A bathroom sink drain was inoperable as was the electric outlet in same bathroom. Upon arrival, the apartment entry door lock didn’t work. A maintenance person had to repair it. After being told the rental price included everything, we were asked to pay $155 for parking and $30 for a key fob. Although checkout is listed at 11:00, the cleaning person knocked on our door at 9:00. She sat outside the door until we vacated at 9:45.
