Been staying at excelsior for over 25 years now. This was one of the best condos we've stayed at. Completely updated, comfortable beds, plenty of space for our family of 5, close to the beach and pool, and on and on. Would highly recommend this condo if vacationing on the key. Can't do much better in my opinion.

We enjoyed a relaxing time at this beautiful condo. The host, Renata, was so kind and attentive during our stay. What made our experience so delightful was the lovely garden area lined with lit trees leading to the crystal clear pool which was attended to early each morning. Beyond that was a walkway leading to the intercoastal waterway, where we enjoyed watching the dolphins play. The condo itself was pristine & comfortable with lots of open space. The front door of the condo faces the Gulf of Mexico (or America, whichever you prefer). Simply beautiful! I encourage you to book your Siesta Key experience with Renata's place. You won't be disappointed!

This was our second visit to this condo and despite a few issues (keys not working at check-in and noise due to improvements being made to the property) we had a very nice vacation. The property owner is an extremely kind person (brought over an aloe plant to help my daughter who was sunburned) and was very responsive and helpful when issues arose that were outside of her control. The unit and property in general are well maintained and we love the location. We hope to return in the future.

Condo itself was ok but lot of trouble with our host Renata: during the whole stay incredible noice due to construction work in the neighboring apartment: gutting the condo down to the shell using jackhammers, drill and other tools from 9 am to. 5 pm , Monday to Friday!!Renata lives 10 minutes away and said she doesn’t know about it , renovation has already been underway for several weeks before, (Said “I am sorry about it but it’s not my responsibility “. Not offering a cent as compensation. 4 years ago we received a compensation from rental office 20%) because the facade was painted (without noice). So no good vacation!!
