It worked well for our group. It is a bit older but very nice. We'd stay again.

Had everything you need for a weekend. Lots is space, comfortable beds and clean. Will be back

10 / 10

The house was perfect for our stay. The set up was ideal...two units that opened up to accommodate our family. Everyone has enough room. The place was very clean and fully equipped with essentials. It was very easy to text with Julia and Jill.

8 / 10

Overall, our stay was nice. The location was great and the check-in process was super simple and convenient. However, there were stains on our bedding, the shower heads were very dirty, and there were lots of bugs inside. This time of year, I understand that bugs are kind of inevitable, but we were really disappointed in the cleanliness overall.

Zdjęcia

The large downstairs kitchen is well stocked with cooking and dining essentials.

Sunrise has two entrances - one door leads right into the kitchen from street level, and the other leads straight into the upper living room.

Everything you need, from spices to a booster seat, is waiting for you.

Enjoy the bright and welcoming downstairs kitchen.

Enjoy the open-concept larger living room, with bonus kitchen and small dining area.

Enjoy the natural airy light coming in from the living room windows.

Enjoy both the powerful window AC units / PTAC units and ceiling fans throughout.

This smaller kitchen is just as well equipped as the larger one downstairs, though we suggest you enjoy the more spacious kitchen and dining area on the lower level.

The open-concept floorplan means you can cook while enjoying conversation with family and friends.

Floorplan to Sunrise Condo, with entry into a large kitchen, then upstairs to a living room with full Murphy bed, then full and queen bedrooms, two rest rooms and laundry, a smaller kitchen and larger living room, then queen and king bedrooms.

The marina is great for casual fishing!

Lumberyard Lofts from Second Street. Sunrise has one entrance on the left, and one around the corner to the right.

The entrance to the Sunbeam half of Sunrise Condo.
