Beautiful, fully equipped, secluded country cottage. It has a bright full kitchen, washer and dryer. Bedroom with a king bed and sofa bed. Patio garden with sitting area and fire pit. 3 cruiser bikes available to use. Walking/ biking distance to Miramar/ Butterfly beach and Coast village restaurants and shops.
Guest will have access to up to two parking spaces on the property (please park on the far right side of the driveway in front of the fence and the covered jet skis /trailer). Guests have a patio area on the side of the cottage with two chairs and a small table. There is also a hammock behind the cottage and a Little Rock retainer wall.
Please enter the walkway to the cottage through the brown fence on the right side of the property in front of the cottage’s parking spaces.
We are readily available to help guests with anything they need if we are in town, and if not we have a nearby property manager who is available in our place.
Welcome to Montecito! Oprah and members of the Royal Family live down the street, literally. Miramar beach is considered one of the beat beaches in Southern California and it is a short walk or bike ride away. The newly opened Rosewood Miramar Hotel is just across the freeway and is unbelievable and very much open to the public and their pets. Fire pits, beautiful meditation gardens, bocce ball courts, several on-site restaurants, and beach access to Mirmar Beach. Hang out there long enough and you’re likely to run into a celebrity or two...
Being so close to the freeway we have easy access to anywhere you want to go. Downtown Santa Barbara is a 10 min drive. Santa Ynez 25mins. Take our beach cruiser bikes or walk over to Miramar Beach and the Rosewood Miramar hotel. Tons of gorgeous hiking within a few mins drive (or bike ride).

It was our second time staying here! It's a really cute cottage with a fenced yard for our dogs. I love walking to Miramar Beach and having a cocktail at the Rosewood Hotel while charging my Tesla! The hosts were very responsive to a simple request. It's super nice to have kitchen and laundry amenities for an extended stay.

We stayed in this back home which is darling and fenced for our dogs, although we didn’t leave them outside while we were gone just so they wouldn’t bother the front home renters. We did walk to the beach but it was strange and noisy to have to walk over the highway overpass to get to it - but worth the walk once we got to the beach. We would stay there again due to cute home and general location.

This was vacation rental was a great find! My husband and We were lucky to have the whole property to ourselves making it a very quiet, private stay. I had our 2 little doggies and they loved roaming the yard. We enjoyed the hot tub every day! The guest house was comfortable with all of the amenities needed for our short stay - both in the kitchen and the bathroom. Adam was a great host and good at communicating with us. We would love to stay here again!
