De service en de communicatie was top!

Personal encantador, siempre pendiente de nuestras necesidades. La casa estupenda, con todas las prestaciones, la ubicación muy buena al estar en una zona muy tranquila.

La zona es muy tranquila, ideal para descansar. En cuanto a la villa es preciosa y tiene todo lo indispensable que necesitas en una casa. La piscina está genial tiene depuradora y el agua se mantiene limpia. Aunque siempre hay sitio en el exterior es posible meter el coche en la terraza, punto a favor también.

Quizás nos faltó una almohada en condiciones en la cama y el sofá es un poco incómodo. Tuve un poco de reparo al realizar el pago de la fianza, ya que era en una cuenta belga, pero no he tenido ningún problema y se me ha hecho la devolución enseguida.

The property was a little tricky to find as sat nav on our phones didn't take us to the right place but we found it in the end. We were given a number to phone with our estimated time of arrival and a person met us.

The next door neighbour made our stay very challenging. We travelled as a family with our 3 children who are 11yrs, 8yrs and 7yrs. They are not particularly noisy children, however if they made the slightest noise in the pool the neighbours next door would stare over the fence and shout at them to be quiet. This was during the day and in the early evening hours so not unsociable hours. They did this repeatedly which really spoilt our enjoyment of the pool. They repeatedly said this is a 'silent neighbourhood' so I don't think the property is suitable for families with younger children. We were asked to pay the deposit by international bank transfer instead of cash at the property as advertised. I ended up nearly £20 out of pocket as a result of a change in exchange rates between the time I transferred it and when he returned it back to me. This was not taking into account bank fees. I asked the owner to return the money I have been left out of pocket as it was his decision to use bank transfer instead of cash and he has refused. We have stayed in Air BnBs several times throughout the world and have never been left out of pocket. This was our first time trying booking.com for a holiday property and I think because of this experience it will be our last.
