Very spacious and lovely hosts

The sauna was broken and the WiFi wouldn’t connect on the tv.

Staff were supremely helpful,room was spotless,small things were thought of that other places dont.

The staff was wonderful- meeting us at check in, giving us tips, checking in with us to make sure we didn't need anything thru out our stay and even kept breakfast available for us when we almost missed it the first morning! The breakfast served on a rooftop was plentiful and they offered fresh to order eggs every morning. The room was clean with a comfortable bed, nice strong water pressure in the shower and truly the best air conditioner I've ever had in Europe!! A great value for everything that was offered and we couldn't have asked for a better location! Would highly recommend and will rebook the next time I'm in Naples!!

The staff was very friendly and helped me when they could.

I have a leg issue that makes stairs very difficult for me. I booked a room in a building with an elevator. The owner switched my room to a different building on the third floor without an elevator basically ruined my trip to Naples. The owner stated on the phone that there was no other room available, and will try to switch in the next couple of days. The owner never called us again. My legs were so tired and weak from the stairs that the rest of the trip was very difficult.
