Beautiful Hillside property but very expensive for the amenities. No paper goods, cleaning supplies, laundry supplies, lotion or beauty supplies. No coffee or even the basic cooking supplies (oil, butter, etc). I contacted the Property Management Company and asked about the 1/2 bath - as each Guest wanted their own bathroom. I was told it had had a shower but in fact it did not. 5th bedroom more a loft, with no closet. Property did not have supplies for the BBQ or Fireplace, no tub or pool. Again, very expensive for the actual limited amenities.

The kitchen has a dishwasher and soap, paper towels, a coffeemaker with reusable filter. You might want to bring more coffee, oil/butter, and salad dressing. There are plenty of dishes, glasses, and coffee mugs. The indoor and outdoor community spaces are very comfortable and we had 9 people ranging in age from 2 to 82.

Beautiful house just minutes away for the heart of Santa Fe.

The house is large with great views but it is not aging well. It needs a lot of TLC and the basics provided by the management company should be elevated. Last point, the foam mattress in the master bedroom is unusable. It has significant permanent body indentations so every time you roll over your rolling up hill. We had to use one of the smaller bedrooms with a queen bed. I’m sure this was top level luxury home 20 years ago but it just feels old now. For the price and description I was expecting better.
