Loved it - location, decor, amenities. One (minor) complaint: the communication interface between the original listing site to VRBO to the property management agency was kludgy. Use of "guest portal" omitted the most important thing: how to communicate with the property management company. This was resolved when we checked in - The management staff just gave us their phone # for call or text. They were responsive when we did reach out about a small thing.

This is an absolutely stunning traditional property in Santa Fe. It’s SO stunning and comfortable inside and out. We had a great time at this property. I hope to come back! I strongly recommend you stay here. It’s an absolute gem

Quiet residential neighborhood. Walkable to sites. We absolutely loved the artwork and furniture throughout the home. Had everything we needed to be comfortable during our stay.

Have been VRBOing in SFe 15y. Certain expectations are standard in a home. Upon arrival, after driving all day, we envision a pinon fire outside & relaxing. This home had only 1 piece of firewood available. Almost NO seasonings in the kitchen. Not even salt & pepper. A piece of a roll of paper towel only. 2 rolls of toilet paper. 0 yes 0 trash bags. Ridiculous. For the price paid for the week, I shouldn’t have to search for & haul firewood & grocery shop for essentials. The house was perfect & as advertised. However basic provisions for a week stay was non existent. Disappointed, to say the least.
