My wife and I really enjoyed our stay! The property was very clean and well maintained. The location is fantastic for just enjoying peace and quiet on the porch, listening to the river flow by, and for the numerous outdoor activities close by; the river, hiking trails, lakes, waterfalls, etc. Highly recommended.

Without a doubt, one of the loveliest "time-capsule" honored facilities ever . . . a traditional, old-world McKenzie River home and it took us both back to our childhood family cabin stays as kids growing up. We both have lived and have seen the history of the area and we were both just thrilled with the post fire recovery, thankfully though, not in that immediate area. This is a must for anyone who wants to relive the pristinely kept bygone era of older architecture and preserved excellence, an ode to fishing, boating and rafting on the McKenzie River. It was just perfect for us! Very clean. Loved the patio and the view. The area around was nice for taking the dog for a walk!We will definitely be back!

Terrible to have regular bed. Put in a KING or queen at the worst. We would have booked more stays. too bad - manager said it uses queen sheets. Sure queens fit q regular bed. I measure it and it is 57 inches. Ridiculous for. couple. Most if the light fixtures do not work and/or need special plug ins which do not exist.
