They offer a lot of free items, snacks and drinks. Breakfast and Dinner was delicious. Everything is clean and cozy and the staff is very friendly.

Great staff and great food The facilities were great and the onset were fabulous. The breakfast and dinner were really good and the staff really helped us. Very relaxing and enjoyable stay. Highly recommend this Ryokan for anyone looking for a traditional Japanese experience.

Nothing

Loved the setting, the food and the private onsen which our family really enjoyed

Slightly dated outside but not a big deal

The hotel is near Shinhotaka Ropeway. It takes only 14 minutes by car.

The hotel is run down. There are 4 private onzens but there is no shower before taking into the bath in each rooms. Regarding the food, we inform the hotel in advance that one of our group can't eat beef. We don't have any problem for the dinner, they can provide us with pork. However, they still serve beef for breakfast and say that it is unable to change. We don't understand while they can change for dinner but can't change for breakfast. The price for our stay is quite expensive comparing with the service received.
