Property location and staff behavior
Request for one hour early check in was not fulfilled at all and reception staff behavior was not satisfactory. Game zone was included in the package but still few of the games like pool table and Ice hockey were charge able. Dinner buffet was quite expensive considering the people don’t have much option to go out. Welcome fruits were stale.
