This rental also had a backyard parking area which we LOVED! This was our 4th time renting from Beach Walk and have another rental in August, we love it here. This property was clean and the kitchen was stocked with everything we could ever need.

The first floor is perfectly layed out for a big group, second floor is great. It is a very well thought out and wonderful home!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the third year we have rented Sleeping In. We love it because of its location close to the boardwalk and Beachwalk Center. This retreat is very individual that the rooms invite privacy yet the living area and kitchen are open to everyone.

Completely satisfied with rental property. The only negative beyond the property owners control: the community pool always seemed to be crowded. The developers did not make it large enough in my opinion. We were impressed with the check-in/out procedure, we were sent an email with the door lock code, and inside the rental were our parking passes and wristbands waiting for us on the table. No need to check in or out at a separate location.
