The apartment had all the needed equipment, a nice terrace, a comfortable bedroom, dining, equipped bathroom, washing machine, all clean, plus periodic cleaning/replacements. The owner kindly responded to our messages. The place has a very nice belvedere nearby and is quiet.
Hard to say, everything was fine, very small fixings were required (a screw we put to the door knob and a power plug we fixed) but was the end of the season and I'm sure the owner checks all these periodically.
