100% sprawdzonych opinii10 / 10Wyjątkowy·paź 2026
Very disappointing experience. The property appeared to be overbooked, and there was no proper check-in desk or reception counter. Despite having a confirmed booking, they could not accommodate us, and it was extremely difficult to reach them by phone.
After nearly two hours of inconvenience and distress, Booking.com eventually arranged alternative accommodation for us. I strongly recommend that travelers reconsider booking this property.

The location was good.
There is no lift I. The property. If you have heavy bags it is terrible dragging them up multiple flights of stairs.

Good location, secure and functional only
No hot water for 24 hours, request for a refund for this period revoked !!. Premier price but very poor quality customer service, would not recommend Joivy.
