This home deserves 10 stars (not 5). Fran has created the most beautifully decorated and comfortable space. Every want/need was fulfilled. We walked in and were immediately enthralled with the views of Long Island Sound and every room is clean, comfy and welcoming. We were in town for a wedding with our adult son, his wife, our adult daughter & boyfriend (ages 25-30). They all said this was an idea home and all did not want to leave. You will not be disappointed with this home. It is heaven on earth! Perfection!

Our second year! We’ll be back. This house has everything - if you want to cook, ride, float, paddle or sunset gaze - you’ve got it here.

Great time in beautiful spot- host is very easy to work with

Over the past 40 years, we've done short and longer term rentals. We've had positive and not so positive experiences. This was, by far, the best experience each of us have ever had. The house is designed while still being very easy to live in. It's beyond 'fully equipped' with anything you might want. And when I asked about anything, Fran was quick to respond and supply it. The views are lovely and the location/access to swimable water is amazing - as one person said, when the tide is in, you feel like you're on a boat. And Fran couldn't be a more gracious host. By the end of our first week, we booked for next year. I'm already looking forward to it!
