Clean, ideally located near the beach and near the pool, and nice without feeling too precious (ie we didn't spend the whole weekend terrified that a kid would break something). Communicative host, comfortable beds, and surprisingly quiet. We will definitely rent this again. Having a washer/dryer in the unit is a real perk with kids. The security guards at the entrance couldn't be nicer. You can buy a permit for 12 to drive your car onto the beach, making it easy to transport the many chairs, toys, etc.

Our stay was absolutely amazing! The host was very interactive, the house was clean & came with all amenities you would want when renting a beach house with family and the location was superb! It was just a 5 minute walk to the beach and you can sit on the back porch with a view of the ocean and hear the sound of the waves!
