Great service, especially Evandra. She is very supportive and always tries to attend to all my requests. The location is good for anyone who needs to be around Liverpool Street. Good space and a beautiful yard.
Could have air conditioning and better sound isolation. The noise of people speaking and passing with bags is loud.

Receptionist genitlissima all'arrivo e mi ha dato pure le indicazioni in Italiano. Pulizia perfetta, comunicazioni rapide, camera bellissima ed elegante. Tanti spazi comuni. Il miglior appartamento in cui sono stato a Londra
Mi è dispiaciuto andarmene

Location was very convenient and close to plenty of public transportation. Facility had great storage space. Plenty of space to pop your luggage. Space for groceries and a private bathroom. I liked that there was a washing room downstairs and that the cleaning team would clean your room every 5 days. Reception staff were AMAZING. Friendly and helpful.
The entire floor of the building smelt like cigarettes and marijuana the entire duration of my stay. It didn’t really bother me much, however, wasn’t too pleasant. There were also a few nights where some guests would be quite loud from their rooms at 1 or 2am.

Very friendly and lovely staff. The location was good. And the apartment had everything needed and was very clean.
We were two of us sharing the apartment, and the bed is quite small for two people. The weather was lovely, too, but that made it absolutely unbearably hot inside the apartment.

"Czyste studio, wystarczający metraż, przestronne, wygodne.
Aneks kuchenny mógłby być wyposażony w nóż do krojenia. Był tylko nóż do smarowania, którym raczej ciężko kroić bułki lub chleb."
