We loved that we were able to park our car in a locked facility. The location was close and it was very easy to walk to the town center where there were fantastic restaurants and tons of shops. Communication with our host was wonderful, they were very responsive and accommodating.

Tiny things. The toilet seat wasn't fastened down well and kept slipping off to the side in the pink bathroom. Balcony furniture was old and somewhat dirty. There was an open box of corn flakes in the cabinet. Not sure if that was for us or someone left it.

Good location, not too far a walk from Sorrento main square, nice pool. Supermarket and restaurants nearby. Good view from the balcony. Good room for family (5 off us) Quick to answer any queries.

Some doors we're hard to open/close - that's all.
