Booked as a last minute room as our booking before this the host cancelled as we were on the way down so it was very much needed and appreciated for the last minute booking

The pictures showed a view from an upper floor where it was supposed to be an angle view. Upon check in we found out we were on the 1st floor. I asked for different accommodations and was denied. We got to the room to find out we had a view of the parking lot for public access. This was my birthday and first family trip in years
and this accommodation was very disappointing, and I would not have booked this condo had I known in advance. I do not feel this was fair or a fair rate for this condo as it was not transparent on the site. I also messaged the property manager the day prior to arrival and did not receive a response. Very unhappy with this booking.
