Such an excellent property! Short walk to the beach and the bikes are a huge plus! The home itself is well maintained and has such charm throughout. Proximity to Seagrove and Seaside allow you to be a short walk or bike ride away to most of the local attractions you would want. Would definitely stay here again if we find ourselves on a repeat visit to 30A. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay and it could not have worked out better for our group of 11. The setup of the house is fantastic. Somehow it never felt cramped, even with a large group. The floor plan was thoughtfully designed with plenty of space to spread out, gather together, and still have privacy when needed.One of the unexpected MVPs of the trip was the ice maker! It kept up effortlessly with our group, and we never once had to run out and buy extra ice for coolers or drinks, which was such a game changer for beach days.The outdoor area was another highlight. We loved spending evenings around the gas fire pit relaxing and lazy morning on the front porch drinking coffee. The owners clearly put a lot of thought into the extras that truly make a vacation easier and more enjoyable. Having bikes with locks available, a cart for hauling beach gear, plenty of beach chairs, and umbrellas made everything so convenient and stress-free.The beach itself is absolutely beautiful, and the surrounding area is lovely as well, exactly the kind of relaxing beach atmosphere we were hoping for.The only things that would have made the stay even better would be a closer crosswalk for beach access and sidewalks along the side of the street leading to the crosswalk. With a large group carrying beach items, that was the one minor inconvenience.Overall, this home exceeded expectations and was perfect for a large group getaway. We would absolutely stay here again!

Great week of vacation!

This house was a perfect setup for our crew! It was great to have access to bikes, beach chairs, and a kitchen with all of the amenities we needed and more. The proximity to the beach was also a big bonus.
