It was a small but modern apartment
The location was basically a construction site and has been for the past year or more and will remain a construction site till the four apartment blocks and hotel are completed. There are five Tower Cranes and numerous earth moving equipment no more than 200M from the balcony, this makes it noisy and dusty, none of which was pointed out by the letting agent. Also the washing machine did not work and we were only told this on our arrival. Complain to the agent but with no satisfaction.
