Such a great property! The location is amazing so helpful and hope to stay against sometime.

Our family stayed for the month of December. Hosts provided great communication pre-stay and during stay. They even helped us during our move in process to ensure we were comfortable with the setup since we have two children under the age of 2. The home was great for our needs. The outdoor patio in backyard was extra special with fireplace and massive tv. Master bedroom bed is super comfy. The kids room is small but perfect for our needs. The downstairs office/extra room worked great for us to work and overflow of storage for us. Wifi worked great. Every tv was synced on Roku and easy to use. The home is located on the 2nd row of Surfside and it only took about 30 steps before you could sink your toes in the sand. Private beach experience was amazing. We used the beach playground almost daily. The gated community felt extra safe. Wish we could have experienced more of the local businesses but we spent most of our time lodged within the private community.

This home is ideal for a family wanting a beach retreat in a very desirable location in Southern California. The best appointed vacation home I have stayed in on the VRBO website. My guests loved the outside area that is really another room in the home.
